Software that ships. Products that scale.

We design, build and run mobile apps, web platforms and cloud backends — writing the code, shipping to the stores and keeping it running afterward.

What we do

One team for the whole build

Design, engineering, infrastructure and release handled by one team — so nothing gets lost in a handover. Games and reward-driven consumer apps are where we go deepest.

Our specialty

Game development

Every product in our portfolio is a game or a reward-driven app, so we build the hard parts from experience: the game loop, the economy behind it, and the server that has to stay honest when real money is involved. Casual and hyper-casual, puzzle, scratch and spin mechanics — designed, built, launched and tuned on live player data.

  • Game loops
  • Reward economies
  • Server-authoritative logic
  • LiveOps & remote config
  • IAP & ads
  • Leaderboards
  • Anti-abuse
  • Store submission

Mobile app development

Native iOS and Android, or one cross-platform codebase. Offline-first data, push, in-app purchases, store submission and staged rollouts.

  • Swift
  • Kotlin
  • React Native
  • Flutter

Web & platform engineering

Dashboards, portals, admin tools and the APIs behind them. Server-rendered where speed matters, real-time where it counts.

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Django
  • Node.js

Cloud & DevOps

Repeatable deployments, CI/CD that actually gates releases, monitoring, and a monthly bill you can explain.

  • AWS
  • Docker
  • CI/CD
  • Monitoring

AI & data

LLM features that earn their keep — search, assistants, extraction and summarization — plus the pipelines and analytics underneath.

  • LLM apps
  • Search
  • Pipelines
  • Analytics

Product & UX design

Discovery workshops, user flows, clickable prototypes and a design system your engineers can build from without guessing.

  • Research
  • Prototypes
  • Design systems
  • Figma

QA, security & support

Automated test suites, release management, dependency and security review, and a post-launch support arrangement agreed up front.

  • Automation
  • Load testing
  • Monitoring
  • Support plans

Products we designed, built and shipped

The fastest way to judge a studio is what it has already shipped. These are our own consumer products — designed, engineered and launched in-house, and still running on a shared backend.

Surveys Queen app screen

iOS & Android

Surveys Queen

Survey rewards app. We built the panel integration, the response-quality checks, a rewards balance system and PayPal/UPI payouts.

  • Native apps
  • Payments
  • Quality checks
Ludo Queen app screen

Android

Ludo Queen

Multiplayer board game: turn logic and match state held on the server, with reconnect handling so a dropped player can rejoin mid-match.

  • Multiplayer
  • Match state
  • Reconnect
Cash Queen app screen

iOS & Android

Cash Queen

Scratch-card rewards app. Outcomes are decided and logged server-side, and reward settings change from an internal console without a new build.

  • Server-side logic
  • Audit trail
  • Admin console
Lucky Queen app screen

Android

Lucky Queen

A second scratch title built on the same reward backend, with its own prize table, artwork and progression tuned independently.

  • Shared backend
  • Remote config
  • Prize tables
Puzzles Queen app screen

Android

Puzzles Queen

Block-puzzle game tuned for smooth frame pacing on low-end hardware, with progression, daily challenges and a rewards loop.

  • Game loop
  • Performance tuning
  • Daily challenges
Dice Queen app screen

Android

Dice Queen

Dice game with server-verified rolls, streaks and a reward economy sharing the same wallet and payout rails as the rest of the portfolio.

  • Verified rolls
  • Streaks
  • Shared wallet
instaBucks app screen

Web & Android

instaBucks

One API behind a responsive web app and a native Android client, so a feature ships once and lands in both — same accounts, wallet and analytics.

  • Shared API
  • Web + native
  • Analytics
Fortune Wheel app screen

Feature module

Fortune Wheel

A reusable engagement module — levels, streaks and a spin economy — built once and reused across our apps, instrumented so it can be tuned on real usage.

  • Reusable module
  • Remote config
  • Instrumented
How we work

Short loops, working software

We work in short cycles and aim to have something running at the end of each one. You see progress in a build, not in a status report.

  1. Discover

We pin down the problem, the users and the constraints, then agree on what the first release must do — and what it must not.

  2. Design

Flows, screens and a clickable prototype. You react to something real before a line of production code is written.

  3. Build

Short sprints with a demo at the end of each, and a staging build we can put on your phone as we go.

  4. Ship

Store submission and staged rollout. We set up monitoring and alerting before launch, not after.

  5. Scale

Iterate on real usage: performance work, cost tuning, new features, and a support arrangement that matches how critical the product is.

Engagement

Work with us in the way that suits you

Fixed-scope project

A defined build with an agreed scope, timeline and price. Best when you know exactly what the first version is.

  • Fixed price and milestones
  • Written scope and acceptance
  • A defect-fix window agreed in the contract
For evolving scope

Dedicated team

A small dedicated team drawn from design, mobile, backend and QA, sized to the product and reviewed each month.

  • Scope can move as you learn
  • Your tools, your stand-ups
  • Team size reviewed as the work changes

Team extension

Engineers who join your existing team and your existing process. No parallel org chart, no separate backlog.

  • Specialists, not a black box
  • Working hours arranged to overlap with yours
  • Rolling monthly arrangement

What users say about the apps we built

Reviews left by people using our consumer products.

Amazing I adore it. There are so many incredible things you can accomplish. I heartily suggest it. I already mentioned how much I think others should try it. P.S. Some of the advertisements feature cool games so you may purchase more great games. However, they won't measure up to this one.
Howard Hall
excellent game adore it But if I had to suggest something, I find that swiping to change direction and tilting the screen to gather coins frequently get confused. Time it up! no ads There are no breaks. I have no negative news to report. This game is fantastic and deserves a perfect score!
Brandon Crim
This game is great. As a child, I used to play it every day. It's really an exciting, fast-paced event. Overall, the advertising make the game a 9/10. A 10/10 was once given, however now there are advertisements. Yesterday, I resumed playing. adore it
